Every day, New Jersey State Police Members put their lives on the line to keep our families and communities safe. But when one of these men or women faces suspension — often tied to underlying struggles with substance abuse or mental health — their health benefits are cut off quickly sometimes in 14–30 days. With no appeals process, these officers and their families suddenly lose access to critical medical care, counseling, and rehabilitation at the very moment they need it most.
Our mission is urgent and clear: we provide direct financial support to ensure suspended officers and their families do not lose access to care during life’s most difficult moments. By covering COBRA payments and essential health-related expenses for up to three months, we help bridge the gap until stability is restored.
We know that the best way to protect officers’ well-being is to address problems early. That’s why the Circle Triangle Foundation is providing vital outreach programs that connect New Jersey State Troopers with licensed doctors and therapists. These confidential sessions create safe spaces for open discussion — helping officers surface challenges before they grow into serious mental health or substance abuse issues.

At Circle Triangle Foundation, we offer a range of programs to support our LEO's who are encountering difficulties. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual or family we serve.

Our success is based upon helping our law enforcement members overcome and succeed when faced with a job suspension or termination. Our goal is to ensure that they able to get the assistance needed without undue financial hardships on them and their family.

We are proud to partner with a variety of organizations and businesses to support our community. Our partnerships enable us to expand our reach and provide even more resources and services to those in need.
